Child Care Lead

Our staff lead and execute a variety of educational and recreational activities in our diverse, choice based program.

Job responsibilities:

• Create and implement enrichment choice based programs and activities for students, including arts and crafts, games, educational activities, and physical activities 
• Maintain a classroom environment, ensuring safety and cleanliness 
• Provide coaching and mentorship opportunities for Child Care Assistants
• Maintain health and safety plans according to district guidelines and procedures
• Foster relationships with parents/guardians, students, and school district personnel 

Pay & Schedule:

• Competitive pay starting at $23.91/hour with opportunity for a higher rate depending on experience 
• Full-time 8 hour split shift from 6:30 - 10:30 am and 2:00 - 6:00 pm
• Monday through Friday only, no weekends

Qualifications:

• 2 year degree in child development or a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of child care experience in a program based, classroom setting
