Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all our customers
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Assist in stocking in daily orders
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels through bin counts and other inventory means
• Keep the parts department clean and organized
• Complete special order part requests for the customer
• Communicate with customers on parts order status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with auto parts sales (dealership experience preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Experience with X-time Inspect is a plus
• Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus
