Position – Service Coordinator

Job Location – Germantown, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-To-Hire

Employment Type – Part Time

Starting Pay – $19/Hour

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays

Required Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

Responsibilities

  1. Process kit and target kit coordination-daily for USA and Canada

  2. Service work order processing for Sputter group

  3. Service parts order entry for Sputter group

  4. FSE toolbox maintenance/movements and shipping of parts

  5. Van stock transactions

  6. Serial number/machine maintenance in Excel

  7. Helps technician in the field with part numbers; partners with purchasing to get the parts in for down machines for techs that are onsite at customer location.

  8. Running end of month reports in SAP to ensure that all orders are posted and invoiced

  9. Customs paperwork for technicians out in the field to cross the US border

  10. Click fee administration for Lenscrafters account

  11. Back up other Service Coordinators during absences

  12. Back up customer service and tech service phone’s (logging calls taking orders etc.)

  13. Other duties and projects assigned by Service Coordinator Supervisor.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

 

 

Math Ability:

Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

 

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Internet Explorer; SAP; NGERP; Microsoft Access; and Microsoft Outlook.

 

Education/Experience:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Certificates and Licenses:

ABOC certification preferred
