Paint Technician

We provide hands on experiences and learning to assist you in attaining the highest level of competency! You create most of the fiberglass materials you see in day-to-day life from crossarms for high line poles, broom handles, door frames, door sills and a multitude of other products. The shift comes with ability to have 2 raises in the first year. Hands on training for 4-8 weeks on 1st shift. All interested individuals should apply!

4th Shift-Friday-Sunday 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Responsibilities/Requirements:

·      Able to work 12-hour days

·      Able to work Overtime as needed

·      Able to pass fit testing requirements

·      Able to bend and lift 30 pounds repeatedly

·      Understand and follow flatline paint machine set up

·      Understand and follow picklists/orders

·      Perform other duties and tasks as directed by supervisor or senior employees

·      Check parts for proper fabrication

·      Strong communicate skills

·      Ability to read and use calipers/micrometers

·      Strong mathematical skills

·      Utilize tape measure

·      Read set up sheets and blueprints

Compensation details: 20-23 Hourly Wage
