How you will make an impact

- Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems

- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

- Answer and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

- Provide IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Basic Troubleshooting experience

- Adeptness in Network Troubleshooting

- Demonstrated knowledge of Troubleshoot Hardware

- Practical knowledge of Basic Network Troubleshooting

- Microsoft Office 365 experience desired

- Basic Troubleshooting experience highly preferred

- Background working with Hardware Troubleshooting

- Comprehension of WebEx

- ServiceNow Platform experience highly valued

- General familiarity with Troubleshoot Network

- VMware experience required

- Hardware Troubleshooting experience

- Earlier work involving Network Troubleshooting

- Previous experience working with Troubleshoot Network

- Strong familiarity with Basic Network Troubleshooting

- Good understanding of Troubleshoot Hardware

- IT support ticketing system experience desired

- Background in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

- Working knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

- 2+ years of prior experience

- Comprehension of basic networking concepts

- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
