Exceptional Data Entry opportunity in the Elgin area for an entry level professional wanting to grow within their career!

Duties include operating computer, keyboard, 10 keypad, verifying data, and preparing materials for printing and scanning.

Various shifts: Monday – Friday 3:30pm-12:00am
Sunday – Thursday 10:30pm – 7:00am
Weekend: Friday – Monday or Saturday – Tuesday 5:00am -3:30pm

Pay: $22 - $23 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields using alpha and numeric keyboards.

• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
• Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
• Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
• Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
• Maintains logs of activities and completed work.
• Select materials needed to complete work assignments
• Load machines with required input or output media such as paper, cartridges, or ink.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School or GED completed
• Effectively manage own time and take accountability
• 1+ years of hands-on relevant experience of administrative and clerical process
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
