We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 100 investment properties throughout Oregon and Washington. We are in need of a maintenance manager for a manufactured housing community in Newport Oregon.

Long-term permanent position with great benefits and opportunity for growth.


Full Time Position, Monday thru Friday

Pay is dependent on experience.

Full benefits are paid by employer, health, dental, 401K and life insurance is available at additional cost.

This position has a possibility of becoming a Community Manager position.


Job Summary: Oversees and maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings/facilities and maintains grounds by performing the following duties.


Computer and office skills are preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Coordinates instructions with Community Managers to ensure proper performance from other maintenance personnel.

Oversees and directs the maintenance of all common areas, grounds, vacant and abandoned yards/spaces, RV storage area, landscaping, trees, shrubs, hedges, bushes, etc. including but not limited to mowing, fertilizing, weeding, trimming, pruning, edging and keeping clean and free of debris.

Oversees maintenance of street surfaces, speed bumps and re-stripes common parking areas as needed.

Oversees the maintenance and cleanliness of/and keeps free of all debris, all drains, ditches, streets, parking areas, RV storage areas, sidewalks and road frontage areas.

Oversees the maintenance and cleanliness of all recreation buildings and laundry facilities.

Maintains and tests all Community equipment including vehicles, lawn mowing/weeding equipment, various other landscaping tools, miscellaneous tools, etc.

Oversee and participate in the paint and/or repair of Community structures as necessary and only with direction from supervisor.

Oversees and participates in the rebuilding and maintenance of the Community owned carports.

Winterizes outside faucets in all Community owned buildings.

Oversees and assists all other maintenance workers as needed with other projects.

Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Oversees and directs all maintenance employees.
