Service Minds is looking for a detail oriented, deadline driven individual to join our fast-paced Permitting Department to work in our Bradenton office, focusing on assisting all other permit coordinators with overflow and lending expertise to the team. We are a home services company providing residential HVAC, electric and plumbing services.

We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, accountable, and engaged in personal growth. As a Permitting Coordinator, you represent our brand in your interactions with various parties. Your goal is to offer superior service, building strong relationships with our customers by communicating with empathy and respect. Computer and typing skills as well as attention to detail are critical in this role. This role is in office with travel to local municipalities.

Permitting Coordinators manage our permits with municipalities from handling Notices of Commencement, Filing for Permits, working with customers to schedule inspections with municipalities and ensuring permits are closed timely.
