Three (3) years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience. One (1) year Catering Experience. Food Manager’s Certification. Valid Texas Driver License with the ability to be insurable by Del Mar College. Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) years or more of culinary/kitchen management experience. Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations. High volume, complex food service operations experience Hands-on chef experience. Three (3) years or more Catering Experience. ServSafe Certification.
