Culture and Communications Manager

Bluehawk Consulting is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Communications and Culture Manager to help set the Communications & Culture Strategy and Rhythm for a large global team.

Project Overview

As a Communications and Culture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's internal communication landscape. Your responsibilities will span across strategic planning, content creation, and event planning to help build and enhance team communications and team culture

Responsibilities

1. Develop & Implement Communication Strategy:

Create and execute a robust communications strategy aligned with our client's goals. This includes planning when, where, and how communications are distributed to the team as well as hands-on creation of the communications.
Craft clear and compelling messages that resonate with employees, stakeholders, and the overall business.
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.

2.Content Creation & Management:

Creation of content - including blogs, newsletters, and vlogs.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to produce engaging content.
Edit and update white papers, communications, videos, and/or social media posts.

3.SharePoint Site & Content Management:

Oversee the organization's SharePoint site.
Manage content updates, permissions, and user experience.

4. Team Culture Initiatives & Events:

Coordinate team-building events, workshops, and cultural initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, inclusiveness, and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in communications, culture, D&I, PR, or related roles.
Strong understanding of content management systems and communication channels.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward the work.
Demonstrated Project Management skills to help set schedules, stick to deadlines, and communication roadblocks in a timely manner.

Education

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Salary Range for this position: $130,000 - $144,500
