POSITION PURPOSE:

 To provide leadership and management for the Facility

 To supervise daily operations of the Facility.

 To manage nursing, front desk and radiology staff.

 Oversees closely the front desk operations.

 To foster a customer service centered organization and serve as a model representative.

 ...and most important...to Market the Practice to the Community!

QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience:

 Minimum of three years experience in administration/management/marketing.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

 Effective communication skills: oral, written

 Ability to set one’s own schedule and manage own time (50-60 hours per week)

 Ability to effectively maintain the Facility in a "State Inspection Ready" state

 Effective positive interpersonal and customer relations skills via telephone and face-to-face interaction; practices positive customer

relations

.Physical Requirements:

 Spends 15-20 hours each week marketing to the community.

 Must have basic computer skills.

 Experience in managerial and marketing departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service and Public Relations:

 Maintain professional relationships with physicians and patients by assessing the needs and levels of satisfaction.

 Demonstrate a positive, friendly and courteous manner.

 Identify, measure and document or review problems, inefficiencies or deficiencies.

Ensure effective communication with the following individuals and groups:

 Patients and their families

 Medical staff

 Facility Contracts/Vendor Holders

 Billing Company

Employee Management:

 Demonstrate the ability to delegate and/or supervise, orient, hire, develop, train, coach, evaluate, discipline and terminate direct reports.

 Perform staff performance appraisals as required by policy.

 Maintain accurate employee files and achieve a positive working environment.

 Establish an active process for identifying and recruiting staff.

 Review and verify credentials, training, and education of staff in cooperation with the credentialing service.
