Credit Entry Clerk

LK Jordan is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Credit Entry Clerk in Corpus Christi. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming credit applications, setting up new accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming credit applications efficiently and accurately.
• Set up new accounts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough credit checks and evaluations on new and existing accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and resolve any inquiries or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of credit applications.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of credit policies and procedures is a plus.
• Additional Requirements:
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

$17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience
