Here at Blue Moon Estate Sales, we pride ourselves in having the most friendly and helpful estate liquidators in the business. We search for individuals who are passionate about helping others and who want to share their passion with others.

We are seeking a personable, hardworking, quick learner to join our team. In this position, you will manage and supervise a team during the weekday staging process (typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays) as well as during our weekend estate sales (typically Fridays and Saturdays). Initially, you will perform as a team member as you receive training and gain experience. Once proficient in our systems and after attaining a base knowledge of pricing and staging, as well as demonstrating stellar leadership and customer service skills, you will begin taking on more responsibilities and be compesated accordingly.

Responsibilities:
  • Have a clear understanding of Blue Moon Estate Sales values and brand standards.
  • Provide oversight and direction to the employees on the team in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Consciously create a positive workplace culture that is consistent with the Blue Moon Estate Sales standards.
  • Appropriately communicate organizational information through team meetings, one-on-one meetings and appropriate email, text and regular interpersonal communications.
  • Provide effective performance feedback through team member recognition, rewards and disciplinary action, with the assistance of the owner when necessary.
  • Maintain a safe, secure and legal work environment.
  • Delegate responsibilities, and expect accountability and regular feedback.
  • Help to train new team members.

Tasks that will be required for weekly staging work include:
  • Remove, sort and organize items throughout clients homes, including those in attics, basements, storage areas, etc.
  • Place items in a logical manner throughout each home (pots in the kitchen, tools in the garage, etc.)
  • Stage items for display, thus creating a pop-up retail shop environment inside of each residence.
  • Evaluate and place a price sticker or tag on each item or lot of items for sale.

  • Must have transportation to various locations throughout the Cleveland Metro Area.
