United Talent is currently seeking a Development and Training Specialist for Huntington, WV.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and have clean background to qualify for this opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow written and oral instructions given by supervisor to complete projects.
- Competent in technology utilized un training industry.
- Ability to recommend learning & development interventions after required technologies.
- Communicate effectively in visual, oral, and written form utilizing required technologies.
- Ability to design & implement systems to track training & the associated costs.
- Self- directed; unambiguously able to own and drive your own work.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay and shift: Pay is $28.00- $35.00 an hour. Monday- Friday day shift opportunity.
Temporary with potential full time conversion opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience in training facilitation for hourly & salary staff
- 5-7 years of experience in curriculum design & development writing of objectives- based on training guidelines & the creation of tools.
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability/ willingness to learn new skills on the job.
