$20 - $30 hourly

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
• Train, motivate, and supervise sales team members to drive performance and meet targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and make informed decisions.

• 2+ years of experience in sales management.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Must have US work authorization.
