We are looking for an entry-level Data Entry Specialist to help support application intake for our Make Ready Engineering team.
- Assist the team in receiving proposals in client's application management system
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Verify all application requirements are met
- Complete data entry in a variety of spreadsheets
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- Experience in customer service will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Excel,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Candidates must be comfortable working full time with a minimum of 40 - 45 hours per week. Compensation based on experience. DRG offers excellent benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance after 30 days of employment. Phone reimbursement available.
