Play a critical role in maintaining efficient injection molding operations and ensuring product quality when you become an Injection Mold Setter Technician for a manufacturing client in Cusseta, AL.

As an Injection Mold Setter Technician, you will oversee the setup and operation of machinery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to production standards.

Your New Role:

As a Mold Setter Technician, you will have a big impact on ensuring smooth operations and product quality in the injection molding process.

  • Setting up and adjusting machinery according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance and repairs on machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Inspecting products for defects and ensuring conformance to specifications.

What You Need:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role a must.
  • Technical Degree/Certification OR related experience.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, programmable controls, and electronics.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
