On-site Recruiter - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals in Everett is expanding our internal team! We are currently seeking an On-Site Recruiter to partner with several of our client companies who utilize Express expertise for their high volume hiring season.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced On-Site Recruiter to join our award-winning inside team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume recruiting efforts to support multiple local clients in Everett and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and demonstrate a passion for connecting candidates with the right career opportunities. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview 5-25 candidates daily to identify top talent for various light industrial and production positions.
• Conduct on-site recruiting activities, including job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and extending job offers.
• Perform morning check-ins, track attendance and performance coaching as needed.
• Maintain aggressive hiring metrics to help client maintain required staffing levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Salary :

• Pay: $23 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.
• Possible contract position with the potential for permanent placement on our inside team between hiring surges.
