Parks Chevrolet Charlotte needs to hire a Business Development Representative, due to a high volume of customer inquiries. We are looking for motivated and goal-driven candidates who can make an immediate impact in our busy BDC center. We strive to be the best and are looking for someone with the same mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Directs customers to product information resources
• Handles all Internet sales and service inquiries personally
• Sets appointments for dealership
• Will be on the phone and computer all-day
• Will be responsible for inbound phone calls and high volume of e-mail correspondence, checking e-mail frequently, and responding to inquiries
  
  

Requirements:

• Dealership Experience preferred
• Telephone or retail sales is required
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a huge plus!
• Must be Self-motivated and energetic
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• High energy
• Needs a great phone voice
• Professional personal appearance
• Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
