About the role:

As a Digital Marketing Manager for our fast-paced Marketing Department, you will be responsible for SalesForce Marketing Cloud (MC) development, implementation, management, and optimizing the system's functionality. You will manage content development on websites, blogs, content on social media channels as well as content for newsletters, and employee communications. You will be the lead support to the VP of Marketing in maintaining all marketing collateral, including the production of content, keeping content fresh, informative, appealing, and strategically relevant.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Configure and administer MC platform to create, manage, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, mobile, and web to facilitate a personalized customer experiences and drive marketing success.
  • Manage and organize data within MC. This includes importing and cleansing data, segmenting audiences based on specific criteria, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant privacy regulations. Engage with stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage MC functionality.
  • Integrate MC with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, data warehouses, and external APIs to enable seamless data flow and automate processes for enhanced marketing efficiency.
  • MC point of contact for troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and resolving platform-related challenges. This involves coordinating with Salesforce support teams if necessary.
  • Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement and aligns with short-term and long-term marketing strategies. Include ensuring quality, clarity and consistency in all content and manage content calendar, recording all usage and distribution of content for future reference. Ensure content supports marketing goals and reflects best practices for performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with lending and management teams to create and manage the distribution of content across all channels.
  • Create, monitor, and manage social media posts to include performance analysis (including ad campaigns).
  • Take and edit photographs and videos of relevant association activities.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience and six (6) or more years of related marketing and SalesForce Marketing Cloud experience. Requires Marketing Cloud Administrator and Email Specialist certifications. Experience using Adobe Creative Suites, WordPress, and Canva. Demonstrated proficiency in video and photography (including editing), content development and management, and social media management.
