Inventory Control Clerk

Do you have at least six months of inventory management experience within a warehouse setting? Staffmark has partnered with a logistics company in Carlisle, PA, and is hiring an experienced Inventory Control Clerk to join our growing team. Pay: $17 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Essential Functions:

• Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
• Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations
• Assists in developing solutions to specific problem areas
• Gathers, verifies, and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in customer escalations
• Assists in the development of projects as well as makes recommendations to appropriate personnel
• Ensures compliance with inventory processes and procedures as well as compliance with contractual obligations

Requirements:

• 6+ months of related work experience, including forklift operator experience
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical and computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
