Receptionist Job Description
- Establish relationships with customers and follow up based on their needs.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, etc.
- Educate customers about insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service skills while maintaining the front desk.
- Other administrative tasks.
