Requirements for Kitchen Manager:
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of over 10 employees as a kitchen manager
- Emphasis on training and development procedures for ongoing success and future growth
- Daily supervision of hourly team members, providing timely feedback and support
- Upholding operational quality through adherence to company standards and accountability of team members
Job Qualifications for Kitchen Manager:
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience required
- At least 1 year of full-service restaurant management experience required
- Managing a staff of at least 10 members is necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
