This is a key part in our financial services strategy where we want to empower our card holders both on and off of eBay and help them capture more value when transacting with their eBay credit card. We are seeking a Director of Co-Brand Credit Card Product Management to lead eBay's co-brand credit card portfolio. You will be responsible for managing the product development lifecycle, including design, GTM, UX and lead/guide other team members and product leaders to envision and deliver products and features that meet customer needs and deepen their relationship with eBay. You will develop and lead co-brand credit card programs in partnership with various internal and external partners. This role requires a strategic problem solver with a strong background in product management, marketing, and partnership management.What you will accomplish: Develop and implement the co-brand credit card product strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with partners/issuer to design and enhance credit card offerings that align with both eBays  brand values and customer expectations.Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, risk, finance, and legal to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the co-brand credit card space.Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.Negotiate and lead contracts with partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with business goals.Work closely with marketing to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer retention programs.Oversee the product life cycle, including ideation, development, launch, growth, and sunset phases.Lead the P&L for the co-brand credit card portfolio, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.Lead, mentor, and develop a hard-working product management team.What you will bring: Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit card product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Consistent track record of managing co-brand or affinity credit card programs.Solid understanding of the credit card industry, including regulatory environment and competitive landscape.Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$187,600 - $291,500Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
