Car Wash Sales Manager

We are looking for a Full Time Car Wash Manager to join our team!

This position is base salary plus bonuses for membership sales performance.

The responsibilities of a car wash manager include:

• Overseeing daily operations at a business that provides motor vehicle washing and interior cleaning
• Managing staff, communicating with customers, and maintaining inventory
• Conduct sales training with staff
• Direct sales reps and cashiers
• They may also conduct safety training, hold staff meetings, and ensure the necessary service of any equipment at the facility
• Administrative responsibilities of a car wash manager may include invoicing, keeping track of discount codes, and scheduling staff

Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of direct sales experience
• A high school diploma and experience or on-the-job training
• Must have customer service experience
