Duties

• Serve only quality products in a sparkling store!
• Follow JIU! standards when handling and preparing all smoothies, juices, bowls, and food.
• Follow JIU! standards when cleaning and maintaining equipment, POS, windows, floors, shelving, counters, tables, chairs, outside areas, restrooms, and any part of the JIU! store.
• Ensure cups, spoons, napkins, merchandise, and snacks are stocked and available to guests at all times.
• Follow health and safety standards to assist others in doing the same.
• Welcome every guest with a sincere Hello, welcome to Juice It Up!. Answer any questions and offer product knowledge.
• Master POS and order-taking process to ensure correct product, always ask for the guest's name and deliver drink with their name and drink name.
• Be able to count change and be skilled at accepting cash, credit cards, and gift cards for payment.
• Be able to enter coupons and loyalty cards.
• Be qualified to count and balance cash drawer with accuracy.

Work environment
Semi-confined space, generally cold in temperature and noisy. Extremely team-oriented. Individuals work with one to two other employees.
