We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of spreading joy through flowers.

Position Overview: As a Sales Associate at The Flower Tower, you will be the face of our brand, assisting customers with their floral and gift needs, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience from start to finish. Whether it's helping customers select the perfect bouquet for a special occasion or recommending complementary gifts, you'll play a key role in creating memorable moments for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting flowers, arrangements, and gifts that meet their preferences and budget.
  2. Provide expert advice on flower varieties, colors, and care tips to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product freshness.
  5. Answer phone inquiries, take floral orders, and provide updates on order statuses to customers.
  6. Assist with floral arrangements and bouquet wrapping, ensuring each creation meets our quality standards.
  7. Uphold The Flower Tower's brand image and reputation through friendly and professional interactions with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a floral shop or similar environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  3. Passion for flowers and a genuine interest in helping customers find the perfect floral arrangements for their needs.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting, with a focus on providing outstanding service to every customer.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
