HOURS

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break. (Flexible scheduling)


JOB TASKS

· Accounts Receivable: Recording accounts receivable transactions, generating and distributing daily reports. Reconciling bank accounts.

· Accounts Payable: Assist in collecting data for invoice processing

· Data Entry: Accurately input financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other financial data into the accounting system or spreadsheets.

· Audit Support: Assist in providing necessary documentation and information during internal and external audits.

· Bookkeeping: Help maintain accurate and up to date financial records.

· Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain accounting files and documents for easy retrieval and reference.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.

· Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve financial inquiries or discrepancies.


KEY SKILLS; ABILITIES; EDUCATION:

· Associates degree preferred.

· 1 year customer service preferred.

· Attention to detail required.

· Sense of urgency.

· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel; Word; Outlook.

· SAP preferred.

· Intermediate math skills preferred.
