We are expanding our team in Charlotte, NC, and seeking dynamic individuals to join our sales team. Position Overview:
As a Customer Service/Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, identifying spare parts needs, and providing quotes. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable team to process orders and support the sales team with original equipment quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and review customer inquiries to determine needs.
Communicate directly with customers to address their concerns and provide solutions.
Identify and quote spare parts to support existing customer base.
Assist in creating and maintaining Spare Part Pricing.
Interface with AR/AP to process orders efficiently.
Support the sales team with original equipment quotes.
Increase activities to reach existing customer base.
Skills and Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Technical proficiency to understand and guide customer needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Experience with QuickBooks business system preferred.
Ability to organize and structure digital files effectively.
Strong ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
Experience with SmartSheet is a plus.
