Senior Business Transformation Architect

Healthcare Payer

Job Description:

The Senior Business Transformation Architect serves as leader to a team of Business Transformation Analysts, a trusted advisor to our clients, and thought leader that combining strategic thinking with deep health care industry knowledge to analyze and understand the organizations’ current and desired future state, technical processes, organizational structure, resources, capacity, procedures, operating model, and commercial objectives so that they can be transformed into efficient, standardized, scalable business processes, organizational structures, and operations.

Skills needed include professional Work Experience in:

    • Acting as a SME resource to senior operational leaders, providing experience level consultation at the point of intersection of business processes and technology.
    • Collaborate with functional business owners to develop change initiatives
      • Deep knowledge and understanding of Healthcare Payer core Business Domains, as well as processes and industry best practices.
      • Project and team leadership.
      • Ability to drive change.
      • Analyze and model business processes and process flows, information and information flows, and business rules.
      • Maintains authoritative level of knowledge on business and technology trends that impact the payer business.environment. Offers industry insight to operational leaders.
    • Provide Payer healthcare domain knowledge in multiple business functions to facilitate complex business discussions.
    • Deep understanding of primary business functions within the operation and distinguishes between customer facing, supplier related, business execution and business management functions.
    • Bridge the gap between strategy and execution to ensure success of transformation initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain solid and effective working relationships with Business Unit teams and other stakeholders.
    • Superior communication skills – professional, confident, transparent, and concise communicator (verbal and written).
    • Must be able to understand the needs of business owners and assess the impact of those changes on the organization.
    • Conducts ad-hoc in-depth analyses in collaboration with the analyst’s team.
    • Must have experience working as a Senior Business Transformation Architect.
    • US Healthcare payer experience for 10 plus years is required.
    • Experience in Business Process Analysis and Business Analysis
    • Expert in many of the following healthcare payer domain areas:
      • Product Strategy
      • Provider Engagement
      • Person Centered Care
      • Service Operations
      • Shared Services
    • Experience in Change Management.
    • Business process improvement expertise: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred).
    • Healthcare product development or services or consulting experience beneficial.
