As a Production Associate, you will be trained on how to operate machinery in the fabrication shop! If you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and are coachable, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing
- Operates a CNC Plasma Cutter and CNC Beam Line
- Produces high beams, channels, square tubes, steel and aluminum products by utilizing the machinery
- Performs all required maintenance of machinery such as checking that fluids are retained and that machinery is calibrated properly
- Performs quality checks on products produced by machinery
- Utilizes a software called TEKLA
- Performs weekly, monthly and annual routine maintenance on machinery
- Achieves weekly goals for production
- Reports daily to Machine Lead for consumables and tools needed
- Ensures the quality of work meets standards and specifications
Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient in Apple IOS and Android OS platforms
- Proficient in TEKLA EPM GO, preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs
- Positive attitude and energetic
- Previous machine fabrication shop experience preferred, but not required
What You Can Expect
- $16.00 – $18.00/hour, based on experience
- Typical schedule of Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm
