You will greet customers as they arrive, answer/transfer phone calls, payment processing, update customer insurances, keeps track of GPS units, help with KAB documents and is a English translator for the service center when needed. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Essential Functions:
Receptionist
- Greets customers and answers/transfers calls to the corresponding department.
- Keep reception and surrounding areas clean including break room.
- Orders supplies when needed.
Cashier - Collects payments and posts towards loans.
- Knight Adjustment Bureau
- Assist account managers with scanning documents for Knight Adjustment Bureau.
- Insurance -Ensure all in-house customers have Active full coverage insurance at all times.
- Call insurance companies to verify the policy is active and obtain proof of insurance.
- Follow up with customers who do not have an active policy.
- Update insurance information (cancellation, expiration, renewal) on the customers account.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to speak Spanish.
