Inventory Associate

We're in search of a Inventory Associate who is meticulous, highly organized, and possesses significant experience in inventory management. This role involves overseeing all inventory operations, including managing inventory levels, coordinating receiving processes, optimizing warehouse layout, and ensuring efficiency in deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels meticulously and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to assess available inventory.
• Order additional inventory promptly when stocks are running low.
• Manage the receiving and stocking of inventory efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and maximize storage capacity.
• Analyze sales numbers to forecast future inventory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on inventory prepared for delivery.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Assist with overall warehouse operations, to include pulling and checking orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, order fulfillment, and warehouse personnel, to coordinate inventory activities.

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, encompassing inventory control, shipping/receiving, and production planning.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software systems.
• Prior experience in operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is advantageous.
