Order Picker - Night Shift

We are looking for an Order Picker

What we bring to you:

• $17-$18.50 per hour, plus quarterly incentives bonuses depending on company profitability

What our Order Picker does:

• Quality assurance check point; make sure material picked by other team members is in good shape physically
• Safety; make sure pallets are stacked appropriately with good structure
• Add shipping material to pallets to keep material safe from rain/water/moisture.
• Band pallet within proper tolerances to ensure the load does not shift or roll or break.
• Ability to move material/long length pallets with forklift to staging area.
• Keep up with order pickers so the staging/banding area is not a bottle neck.
• Clean staging area and aisles.
• Support supervisors and co-workers to keep facility clean and organized.
   

What you need to have:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to learn quickly and work as a team
