• You are a current resident of Santa Cruz or Monterey County?
• You have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle & insurance? 
• You are available to work at least 1 weekend shift per week?
• You have at least 1 year Caregiving Experience or CNA, HCA, HHA, PCA, DSP? 
• You have Experience with Dementia Care? (preferred) 

• Companionship, Conversation, & Activities
• Assist with Transfers (Hoyer lift exp. preferred but will train) 
• Dementia Care (need to know how to redirect) 
• Assist with Mobility, Light Exercise, Walking 
• Incontinence Care, Fall Prevention
• Meal Preparation / Medication Reminders
• Personal Hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Light Housekeeping
• Occasional Transportation (errands, appointments, outings)
• Schedule: Flexible Days - Part Time, Wkdays & Wknds
