Role
As a Manufacturing Supervisor (also known as Production Group Leader, Manufacturing Coordinator), you'll lead a team in the production of innovative, plastic-free materials. Your role will involve coordinating activities related to manufacturing, executing production schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also be responsible for quality control, reporting daily results, and updating production documentation.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience; OR an Associate Degree and 5 years of experience; OR Equivalent Experience.

- Previous team lead or supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
