Spy Ninjas: HQ brings the wondrous experience of social media to life by immersing guests in an active gamified world of rides, puzzles, missions, and non-stop adventure for all ages, empowering players to BE THE GAME. Spy Ninjas: HQ is a brand new family entertainment center. Spy Ninjas: HQ is a brand new first of its kind family entertainment center in Las Vegas based on “Spy Ninjas” - the hit family-friendly YouTube series, which has over 44 million subscribers and 15 billion views across multiple branded channels. The park will feature the best in virtual reality, multi-level escape rooms, climbing walls, a trampoline park including dodge ball, over 100 arcade games, ax throwing lanes, and much more!


The Front Desk/Party Agent at Spy Ninjas HQ, you will be on the front line of the Spy Ninja HQ experience for all guests (aka “Ninjas”). The front desk/party agent will work with the rest of our front desk team members and set a positive and professional example while performing front desk and retail duties. This will include everything from welcoming our Ninjas to checking them in and preparing them to experience all Spy Ninjas HQ has to offer. All agents will stock and display inventory, help Ninjas redeem/purchase merchandise, and provide them with masterful customer service experience. All front desk/party agents should be ready for a fast-paced environment at Spy Ninjas HQ.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of Spy Ninjas HQ.
  • Provide the best party experience every time - guest service is the highest priority.
  • Handle bookings, hosting, and parties.
  • Act as exclusive party host for birthday parties and events held at Spy Ninjas HQ - including party preparation, guest check-in, incredible service, food and beverage delivery and cake-cutting, directing guests to activities, maintaining a time schedule, and more.
  • Assist in training other agents.
  • Resolve customer requests and complaints with assistance from leads and managers.
  • Assist leads and management n managing inventory on a weekly basis.
  • Perform opening, mid-day, and/or closing duties pertaining to the front desk/party department.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and willing to stay beyond when business or circumstances dictate.
  • Set a high standard and good example for other staff regarding punctuality, attendance, attitude, cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Energetic personality, people-oriented and team player.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional leadership, motivate team members, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service experience.
  • Ability to speak and lead in front of groups and train others.
  • Proficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
  • Complete and pass a background check.
  • Currently possess a CPR and first aid certificate or willing to obtain.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team structure, proficient in team building and actively and energetically commit to be part of the solution.
