Server Waitstaff at Catrina's Cocina & Tequila Bar

We are searching for an experienced Servers to join our team! Looking for someone who is energetic and loves taking care of guests. We want a detailed oriented person with ability to multitask in a calm and collected manner and who will create a memorable experience for our guests in order to ensure their return!

• Ensures a spotless service is delivered to all guests anytime, and that their needs and expectations are fulfilled to the highest level and down to the smallest details.
• Have a good understanding of food, wine, cocktails, and beers.
• Maintain a good understanding of current events in order to be able to engage with guests in appropriate conversation.
• Must be pleasant, hospitable and attentive to guests at all times.
• Be available for any Restaurant mandatory meeting or training
• Ensures a smooth communication with all direct reports and other Restaurants Managers/supervisors

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $2.50 - $4.00/hour.
