Please note: this role is located in our Hoboken, NJ office; we work off a hybrid model and come into the office 2 days per week. 

Job Description

As part of our team, you will guide our players by using your expertise of the Tipico platform and policies. As a CS Rep your goal is to advocate for the needs of the customer to help us ensure a great experience and maintain customer satisfaction.  Key tasks and duties include:

  • Answering customer enquiries via Phone, chat or email based on schedule. 
  • Understanding policies and timelines around customer deposits and withdrawal to provide players guidance when needed.  
  • Understanding policies and timelines around KYC to provide players guidance when needed. 
  • Understanding the Tipico Sportsbook and Casino application to be able to guide players on how to complete certain tasks. 
  • Building rapport with our players and providing them with a friendly and welcoming experience. 
Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or a related field from four-year college or university (preferred but not required) 
  • 1-2 years of previous customer services experience in the gaming industry preferred but not required.  
  • Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Patience 
  • Strong time management 
  • Ability to multitask  
  • Adaptability and flexibility  
  • Strong sense of humor and positive attitude.   
  • Fluent in English, Oral and written – essential
  • Experience working with Salesforce (preferred but not required) 
  • Experience working with Talkdesk (preferred but not required)
