Customer Service Assistant/Dispatcher

We have a new Customer Service Assistant/Dispatcher opportunity in our Tampa, FL office, and are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team! You will be responsible for monitoring and dispatching in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner. You will be directly responsible for transmitting any concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager.

What Will You be Paid?

$20-22 per hour.

When Will You be Working?

Monday - Friday 4:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Training will be overnight 9:00 pm - 5:00 am.

• Ensure that dispatching is completed with emphasis on cost effectiveness and time efficient manner.
• Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely service and accurate information.
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
• Interact and communicate with staff in a professional manner.
• Utilize critical thinking skills.
• Utilize tracking/dispatching software — E-Courier.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependability.
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent computer skills, including but not limited to data entry, documentation skills, organization.
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, multi-tasking.

• 2+ years Customer Service Experience.
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
• Ability to think strategically and be a leader.
• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
