Extensive research has proven the effectiveness of the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model, and each new team will receive ongoing training alongside MST experts. MST professionals do whatever it takes, in close collaboration with all involved, to address the needs of juveniles with criminal offenses, including substance abuse, in some cases.
Our teams of clinicians will empower families to address challenging and/or problematic behavior and to help youth aged 12–17 make life-transforming changes. Treatment progress is made through intensive interventions such as skill building, changing unhelpful family interactions, and increasing social support, to name a few.

Evidence Based Associates is hosting a virtual Texas hiring event for multi-systemic therapy professionals. We are supporting 16 providers in creating brand new teams to work in the Texas communities. This is a unique, ground breaking opportunity to be a part of a growing evidence based model that we are expanding across the nation.
Do you have a passion for working with children and their families? We are looking for Program Managers|Supervisors and Clinicians who are compassionate and dedicated to empowering youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends. These positions will require work in the community in clients' homes and a provider office, so being local to the locations below is a must.
