Job Description
NCG Associates, a trusted healthcare staffing company, is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Transfer patients safely to and from beds, chairs, and other equipment
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with range of motion exercises and physical therapy routines
- Observe and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patients' rooms
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNA preferred
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Length : 18 weeks
Shift & Time : Day, 7:00 AM to 3: 00 PM
Hour per week: 38
Weekend: Every other weekend on
Pay rate: $760 - $988 weekly base on experience
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years
Sign on bonus: $200 (one time on second paycheck)
