IOP Therapy Supervisor (Cleveland,MS)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Therapy Supervisor is a qualified mental health professional whom provides quality patient care, is skilled in group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy techniques. The Therapy Supervisor is responsible for completing and supervising other therapist with responsibilities such as: case management that includes but not limited to treatment planning, discharge planning, and assisting patients with community resources. The therapist is a member of a multidisciplinary team and expected to work with other team members to assist patients in achieving maximum benefit of treatment.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Education: Meets education requirements for a qualified mental health professional.
• License: Licensed Certified Social Worker/current valid state license and renewal as required by law.
• Experience: 1-year of clinical experience desired. Equivalent experience will be considered.
