We have an exciting new opportunity at our Goodyear location! Hours of typical shift for this role are 11:00am - 7:00pm or 12:00pm - 8:00pm, 35-40 hours per week including rotating weekends! UBS is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success! As our Retail Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our store and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Our Assistant Managers will: - Assist the Store Manager in the overall management of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations - Train, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service - Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring proper stocking and merchandising of products - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security procedures - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction - Assist in scheduling ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained= - Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Perform regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Our Ideal Candidate Will Bring: - Proven experience in retail and/or retail supervision, preferably in a similar role - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other retail software - Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent
