Lead Host

REQUIREMENTS 

• Be at least 16 years of age. 
• 1 year of high volume restaurant experience
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests. 
• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry

A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Lead Hostess or Host is responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to our guests. You will greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant, take and manage reservations, control a waiting list, provide guests with menus, and show guests to their seats. You will answer phone calls and customer inquiries about the restaurant and menu. 

• Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
• Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.
• Providing great customer service.
