General Job Summary: Performing all aspects of production relating to assigned lines. Primary role is to perform production of conforming product by ensuring that all S.O.P.’s are being followed and identifying and communicating (to Shift Supervisor) all non-conformances of both machine and product. Displays the philosophy and values of the organization through daily behavior

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: (list the essential job functions and then list the incidental job functions)

• Responsible for changing tooling in all machines

• Responsible for doing all off-sets associated with and without tool changes

• Complete Production Paperwork

• Complete Quality Paperwork

• Perform Quality Inspections

• Responsible for keeping operating fluids at there appropriate levels

• Communicate with and assist Shift Leader in troubleshooting and performing maintenance on machine non-conformities

• Communicate with and assist Shift Leader on troubleshooting and performing part non-conformity sorts

• Prepare and package finished goods

• Maintain a system of cleanliness (5s)

• Adheres to Toyo USA Manufacturing policies as outlined in the employee handbook

• High school graduation or equivalent

• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs

• CNC machine operation experience

• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

• Team players with an attitude of whatever it takes to help the team succeed

• Good communication skills

• Skill in problem solving techniques
