ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Team Member with Mark Reges Jr State Farm, you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and fast paced environment. THIS POSITION IS NOT FULLY REMOTE: Employees have the capability of working remotely on a limited as need and temporary basis. Employees will be expected to report to the office each working day unless temporary remote work is permitted by the Agent.

In office requirement: Candidate must be able to commute to the office in Butler, PA during the work week. Remote work opportunity is available on an as needed and temporary basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide product solutions.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Develop goals and meet agency product and service expectations
  • Have or obtain Property & Casualty and Life/Accident/Health insurance licenses
