Server

We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and customer service focused candidates for this position. As a Server for Cellar Hand, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and providing guests with an outstanding hospitality experience
• Being an ambassador for the brand, the face of Cellar Hand with guests
• Helping customers select food/beverages, and expertly walking them through our extensive wine list
• Taking and serving orders
• Answering questions or making recommendations for complementary products
• Accurately handling routine POS transactions
• Assisting with events
• Maintaining basic cleaning practices
• Working effectively with teammates during daily duties and operations
• Following policies and procedures
• Taking initiative to complete guest requests and any tasks or projects assigned by management

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Food and beverage knowledge preferred, especially considerable wine knowledge
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, some evenings, and adapt to a flexible schedule
• Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Part-time employment

Salary Range: $16.85 plus tips
