Supervisor - $18+/hr – 1st Shift - Fruitport

A company specializing in the original equipment manufacturer that produces steel laboratory and office furniture is seeking a Supervisor to join their cabinet assembly department! This is a 1st shift position from 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday.) Overtime will be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience assembling cabinets is preferred but not required
- Prior experience as a production supervisor or similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Work and Outlook
Preferred Skills:
- Organize daily workflow for cabinet assemblers
- Review cabinets for quality
- Monitor efficiency and manage daily production goals
- Train new employees
- Supervise cabinet packaging
- Coordinate with other departments
