We’re looking for a Lot Attendant at our Balch Springs Location.  


There are 2 shifts available 7:30 AM To 4:30 PM And 10:30 AM To 7:30 PM  

  

You:

  • Are 21 years of age or older
  • Have a high-school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a valid Texas Driver’s license 
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Are punctual and responsible
  • Are detail-oriented and a team player
  • Are motivated and can work without constant supervision
  • Are organized and driven to meet deadlines
  • Do not have any felony convictions within the last 5 years
  • Can thrive in a multi-cultural and multi-generational environment


You shall:

  • Have basic computer experience and keyboarding skills
  • Have a smartphone with a good quality camera
  • Be comfortable using various technologies (phones, tablets, computers, RFID Scanners, cameras etc.)


The Job:

  • Account for all vehicles on lot and personal effects in storage
  • Ensure company compliance with personal property handling guidelines
  • Create accurate and itemized inventory of all personal effects in each vehicle and pack for storage
  • Capture clear and concise images of all personal effects and upload to company database
  • Coordinate with transport coordinator to ensure personal effects are properly cleaned and stored prior to vehicle transport
  • Upload all required forms (client specific)
  • Communicate with all lots regarding personal property storage
  • Monitor and report personal property concerns (i.e. ensuring there are no missing items)
  • Provide personal property inventory information for clients if requested
  • Use company database to verify personal effects of vehicles, and ensure all data is conveyed accurately

Daily Role and Responsibility 

  • Verifying that vehicles secured the night before are "on the lot" and the windshields are marked with last six of the VIN, client name, key status, and drivability
  • Keeping track of appointments, delivery times, and transport information
  • Coordinating with transport drivers for the release of vehicles
  • Handling of customer personal property and vehicle redemptions
  • Recording daily deliveries and releases to reconcile inventory
  • Assisting and supporting the Recovery Agents when needed
  • Overseeing the removal and inventorying of personal property from vehicles, uploading in company apps, and ensuring that it is recorded and stored properly
  • Monitoring the property area for cleanliness, organization and removing expired property to the designated area for processing
  • Maintaining the Storage Yard
